This usually only takes a few seconds.
Reviews
This is where feedback from your Review Boost(s) appears — customer name, star rating, and written feedback.
Customer emails are private by default. Customers can choose to consent to being contacted about their review — if they do, their email will appear here so you can follow up.
Worth checking regularly, especially for lower-rated reviews, so you can follow up or address anything before it becomes a bigger issue.
Review Boost
Launching a Review Boost invites customers to leave a review in exchange for a reward, via an in-store QR code.
Each customer can only scan/redeem one reward per Review Boost — it's single-use.
Purpose: genuine reviews plus a reason for customers to come back.
You can run more than one at a time, but it's usually simplest to keep just one active — clearer for customers and easier to track.
If a Review Boost has been running a while, consider refreshing it with a new offer to keep it interesting rather than leaving the same one up indefinitely.
Marketing
This is where you send offers to customers who agreed to hear from you when they left a review.
You'll see how many people are on your list, but never their individual emails as part of this list — that stays private, and QuickReward handles the sending on your behalf.
Three offer types: a percentage discount, a fixed cash discount, or refer-a-friend (where an existing customer invites a friend, and the friend gets a welcome reward too).
For refer-a-friend, your customer's own bonus reward is only sent once their friend actually redeems in-store — not just for sending the invite.
There's a limit on how many marketing emails you can send per month — keep offers simple and clear, and use the "applies to" field to say exactly what the discount covers.
It's often worth waiting until your subscriber list has grown a little before sending a campaign — the same send reaches more people, so you get more value out of each one.
